We welcome sample orders for quality evaluation before bulk purchase. Standard samples are typically ready within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. Customized samples (logo, color, packaging) may require 7-10 working days depending on complexity.
Sample costs and international courier fees are charged to the buyer. Sample costs can be refunded or deducted from your first bulk order upon mutual agreement.
Standard bulk order lead time is 15-25 working days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Large or highly customized orders may require additional time, which will be clearly stated in the proforma invoice.

For sample orders: 100% payment before shipment.
For bulk orders: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms may be negotiated for long-term partners.
All prices quoted are typically based on EXW (Ex Works) Guangzhou unless otherwise agreed. The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any other charges in the destination country.
Standard export carton packaging is included. Custom retail packaging, gift boxes, and blister packaging are available for OEM/ODM orders. Please discuss packaging requirements during quotation.
