All raw materials, components, and PCBs are inspected upon arrival. We verify supplier certificates, conduct spot checks, and reject any materials that do not meet our specifications.
During SMT mounting, soldering, assembly, and casing installation, our QC team performs regular inspections at each production station to catch and correct issues immediately.
Every finished charger undergoes a 2-4 hour aging test under full load, plus functional tests for output voltage, current, ripple, efficiency, and port compatibility before packaging.
Before shipment, a final random sampling inspection checks appearance, labeling, packaging, and accessories. We follow AQL standards to ensure consistent outgoing quality.
Our chargers are certified for major global markets including CE (Europe), FCC (USA), RoHS, UL, PSE (Japan), CCC (China), and CB. Certificates are available on request.
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects. If any product is confirmed to be defective due to workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, or force majeure events.
