Inside Our Factory: From SMT Lines to Quality Control

We believe in transparency. If you're going to trust us with your brand's chargers, you should see exactly how we make them. Here's a walk-through of our production process at our Guangzhou facility.

SMT Line: Where It Starts

Every charger begins as a bare PCB. Our dual SMT lines handle pick-and-place for components down to 0201 package size. We use lead-free SAC305 solder paste with nitrogen reflow for maximum joint reliability. After SMT, every board goes through AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and X-ray inspection for BGA joints.

Production capacity and lead time depend on the selected platform, components, customization, and order quantity. Buyers should request a current production schedule with their quotation.

Assembly: Putting It Together

The assembled PCBs are combined with housings, plugs, and connectors on our assembly lines. Each line is staffed by 30-40 trained workers. Every connection is torque-controlled and visually inspected before moving to the next stage.

Aging Test Room: 100% Coverage

Aging-test plans are defined for the selected model and order requirements. Buyers can request the applicable test conditions, sampling plan, and inspection records during quotation and pre-production review.

With our expanded aging capacity (4,000 simultaneous test positions), we maintain 100% coverage even at peak production volumes — no shortcuts, no exceptions.

QC Lab: The Final Gatekeeper

Our QC lab performs electrical performance testing, drop testing, salt spray testing, and thermal cycling on batch samples. We also maintain a retained sample from every production batch for traceability — if a field failure is reported years later, we can pull the sample and investigate.

Warehouse: Ready to Ship

Finished goods are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse before shipping. We offer FOB Guangzhou, DDP, and door-to-door shipping options. Pre-shipment inspection by third parties is always welcome.
